Dr. Klapper is frequently invited to give lectures and review journal articles in the field of oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Klapper firmly believes that staying active in the field of ophthalmology and particularly his subspecialty of oculoplastic surgery helps him understand and offer the best possible techniques to each of his patients.
