Why Preregister?

We greatly appreciate you taking the time to preregister. Doing so helps:

Expedite your check-in at the time of your visit
Ensure your medical information is available at the time of your consultation
File appropriate insurance or Medicare claims on your behalf in a timely fashion

PLEASE NOTE: Patients who do not preregister will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time or may be asked to reschedule.
